Apple hat in einem Support-Dokument klargestellt, welche Voraussetzungen für das EU-Sideloading vorliegen müssen. Alternative App-Stores stehen nur Nutzern mit EU-Apple-ID1 zur Verfügung, die sich auch in der EU aufhalten. Apple prüft diese Voraussetzungen auf dem Gerät und sendet dann nur das Ergebnis (Voraussetzung erfüllte: ja/nein) an Apple. The country or region of your Apple ID must be set to one of the countries or regions of the European Union, and you must physically be located in the European Union.
