Was trying to stop feeling shaky this morning so fired up a #PaulMcKenna #hypnotherapy that I havenβt used in years, though I listened to them repeatedly for maybe a decade. The music was instantly relaxing, it boosted my mood more than itβs been in perhaps over a year, and the shaking has been a lot better. Did wipe energy again, though. Still, the improvement is otherwise still there. I forget how good his stuff is.

Frank_NLPast weekend Master @HairyHypnotist and I went to #Spellbound2025 an #HypnoCon just outside Cologne. I picked up Master in Cologne and we drove to the location, registered and sorted out our room.
After a welcome an introduction to the house rules Master was the first one to host a session. He moderated a group discussion on combining #hypnotherapy and #erotichypnosis. There were various opinion among the 80 participants who all shared their opinions in a respectful way. It was a great success
