Interesting set of rex prefixes I got over there, huh?

According to https://www.felixcloutier.com/x86/movd:movq :Use of the REX.R prefix permits access to additional registers (R8-R15). Use of the REX.W prefix promotes operation to 64 bits.According to https://stackoverflow.com/questions/68604377/what-is-rex-prefix-in-instruction-encoding :0100 – fixed constant value
W – 1 when using 64-bit data
R – expands the Reg field to 4 bit
X – expands Index field to 4 bit
B – expands the R/M field or Base to 4 bitSeemingly valid, even though it may be... pointless (when seen through a CPU perspective), for a program that's already 64-bit and already able to use r8-r15 registers. Valid, nevertheless (and pretty meaningful before being ran, after being assembled).
