wow, you weren't kidding about #ec-1118 and carbonation. I took some of the cider from our weekend orchard visit and added a touch of the yeast. I am pouring half-sips a few times a day and the bottle is still VERY pressurized. I wonder how strong the 2L and 20oz plastic bottles are... #hardcider is there a hashtag for "learning the hard way"?
