Since I started going to the gym, progress has been slow, but steady and I'm pretty happy with the rate I'm losing fat (not weight)

However, I am starving most of the time. I have added more vegetables to my diet, but reduced my carbs a bit. Not a drastic change, otherwise I know I won't be able to go on with this.

My question is, wtf can I eat after the gym? Someone said protein bars, but they have too much sugar and I'm at risk of diabetes so it's a no no.

Exercise question. Iโ€™m still quite skinny and would like to be less so. The gym is giving me tone but Iโ€™m still quite scrawny. Is this now a diet thing?
