Two preorders of blu-ray sets via the official #UniversalStudios site, #Gruv gruv.com, and both times I've been double charged: once on submitting the #preorder
and again when the order shipped.

Gruv was good at issuing a refund, if not prompt at doing so.

I'm not sure I would preorder anything through them ever again.

This was for the #VentureBros and #Babylon5 movies.
