Got my new passport today. Hate the fact it's not longer an EU one.
The GOV UK website is a bloody shambles too.
You can't have one single account to access everything. No you need two. And then you find out that for some reason you can't do a particular thing online because of a problem and you have to fill in forms from the post office.
Not available in every office either, but a selected ones. And no you can't download the forms or get them posted to you, you have to pick them up.
