Die können ja Betreiber der Instanzen sein. Dann sind das keine Hilfsadmins und das Geld würde nicht nach Übersee gehen sondern am Ort in die #Kaufkraft der Bürger investiert werden. Bzw. an die entsprechenden Unternehmen wie z.B. die #Nextcloud GmbH die das System hosten. Und dann wären da noch Systemhäuser vor Ort, für diese Aufgabe da.
