TomI advocated strongly for #KierStarmer as #Labour leader. After 14 years of #Conservative mis-government and corruption, I didn't expect things to put right overnight.
But I believed he was capable of taking a moral stand, and he hasn't. Critical issues, both domestic and international, are not being met with a decisive position. And as a member of the #LGBT community his inability to push back against the #GenderCritical and #TERF contingent feels like a personal betrayal.
