The spectacular Cairnholy I Chambered Cairn near the A75 west of Gatehouse of Fleet in Dumfries & Galloway. A second cairn stands only 150m from it. Saw this gorgeous spotted orchid up by the Clints of Cairnsmore while walking this morning. A profusion of birds and plants. Having checked, a clint is a hard exposed rocky shoulder. Seems appropriate. #Cairnsmorenaturereserve #GatehouseofFleet #Galloway #Clint
