Yardlong Beans.
Common in Asian cuisines, but not so much in American cuisine.
This is my first summer growing them, but I've been intrigued by them since 2020.
These are the first three I've gotten, and there are so many more growing. I can't wait.

My cantaloupe experiment from 6/19 appears to have results.
The seeds that I dried and placed in a paper towel, then inside a plastic bag with water... didn't do anything.
The seeds I dropped in a pot with some soil and watered every few days... have yielded three plants.
It was really hot in my green house, which might have caused the bag seeds to fail.
We'll see how these new babies fare.
