Both is individual & hard to change!
A stance is sth I can easily change if it doesn't help solve a problem, see opportunities.
A principle is a hypothesis we give ourself to guide us doing the work (together). If it doesn't serve the purpose in a given context, we can find a better (matching) one.

kleine reflexion am rande: die sache mit fluiden organisationsstrukturen (#sociocracy30 und ähnliches) kommt schon an ganz trivialen stellen an ihre grenzen:
wenn das aufsetzen und umändern der kommunikations-tools (strukturen, permissions, base content) länger dauert als die existenz der abgebildeten strukturen. 😯
