Today's elites don't think they can win. Even though their PR people vomit forth climate change denial, the people with the money know exactly what's going on. Shit is fucked, and can't get better. This attitude makes them more dangerous than any rich fucks in the past. These elites don't have a legacy to leave. They have nothing to lose. They believe, with all their hearts, that humanity, maybe even life itself will perish within their lifetimes, and so the only thing you can do is have as much fun as you can, until it all burns to ash.

This is a classic capitalist mindset, where when markets reach inevitable collapse, everyone desperately preserves the illusion trying to find One More Fool, so they can escape the consequences of all the people they've killed and the lives they've ruined. Desperation defines the elites, but at least in the 1800's, they felt their power could last for generations, that they could be long dead before shit hit the fan. (Turns out, they were right! And you idiots still think Carnegie was a great guy.)

So we need to stop listening and obeying them. Burn their money, take back their property, destroy anything they've created, because these fatalist assholes you currently are helping rule the world by being employed, the only thing success is to them is a high score. They will build monuments to nothing, just to make you look like the fools you are, so they can die in the fires with a smirk on their face.

Just finally found the pitchfork so I could turn the compost, and unearth the giant rat that was living in there. Don't get me wrong, nothing scares me anymore. I'm almost impossible to phase. But inadvertently flinging the thing in the air, giving him the biggest scare of his life, I certainly was like "Oh no." 🫩

So yeah, more rats climbing up into the house, filling up the walls with rat poop, and chewing on the pipes. Wish I could've gotten hormones or something when puberty hit, because then I might actually be small enough to fit in the crawlspace. As-is, all I can do is eat 157% as much food as someone who's 5'2" and watch helplessly while any number of things lives down there.

So in C++, you can have a reference (auto-resolved pointer) as a member of your class, if you initialize that member in the constructor with a like reference. That way you can have several objects that refer to the same thing, with no null pointer problems.

Then you try to inherit from that class with a class that includes an object of that type, not a reference. Easy, just pass a reference to the object to the base class constructor. That way you can have objects like the first, but they all refer to their own thing, with no code duplication.

Except it won't initialize the object until B's constructor is complete.

To solve this, you can't. There's no way to do it, and no one can ever write a program in C++ that does.
