Listened to an audio for helping blood sugar, though only for about five minutes because the music got on my nerves. Listened to a few others on different themes for a while longer.
First time my sugar has gone below 6 (5.9). Down from 8 (!) first thing this morning and lowest in the last four days was 6.2. Whoop 😁
This is a particularly good audio. Their whole channel is, though some thumbnails seem outlandish, the music is often pretty good. I can’t measure how well it affects sugar since I misplaced the little monitor (seriously do wonder where I put it away safely since it‘s nowhere that makes sense to look).
I paused metformin after two weeks since I was still feeling lightheaded and hungry on both doses, especially the higher, and also horribly tired, drained. If I have a nap, with or without the meds, I wake up having slept too long to catch the sugar droop before feeling awful and still felt tired even after dinner so tried this for the second time.
I wonder if the middle dose of metformin would be it, might give it another day or two and then ask again. Can’t cut the pills in half, not recommended.
