I’m remembering a scene from some piece of fiction that was sort of a slanted (but still powerful) declaration of love. Person B was in love with person A, and person A had no idea. The scene went something like:

A: Why do you care what these people think?

Hi internet hivemind / #foak I have a software question.

I have been using Adobe Character animator for a project, even though I despise adobe.

But I really want to be able to work on this project when I'm not at the makerspace, and I want to be able to invite collaborators in to the project, and that means I need to stop using Adobe Character Animator.

Are there any pieces of #OpenSource #Libre #FLOSS software that can do 2D rigged puppet animation and automatic voice movement matching in a style similar to Adobe Character Animator?

With Harmony dying, does anyone know if there’s a useful replacement in the “one remote to control your entire AV setup, including IR and Bluetooth” world? My parents have said that that’s the only thing they want for Christmas, and Harmony was the only one I know about.

Help me out, this is beyond my search capabilities: I’m trying to track down a list that a science fiction magazine had listed on their website of plots they won’t print anymore. It was funny. One of them was the one where a man and a woman crash their spaceship on an alien world and they turn out to be called Adam and Eve.

Any ideas?
