A day off, a book to listen to.

One result of pushing myself too far over the weekend is a series of trips and falls since. I have a bruised hip, two bruised and swollen knees, a sore toe and varied red patched and grazes on my arms.

Another day with lots to do, but fibromyalgia fog embedded my body and brain this week.
I wish my brain would stop trying to find stuff to do that I can't do.
Still I did get up in order to boot the laptop and write down a short poem that insisted it must be recorded. Hope it makes sense later
