Sky Followe Bridge exists for Bluesky and works really well :) - any similar tools? Most of them seem to have shut down after Elon locked down the Twitter API - but I don’t see why they couldn’t just locally scrape your “Follows” tab on your Twitter profile on web (similar to Sky follower bridge)
