Eight protesters accused by the Justice Department of having ties to antifa were sentenced Tuesday to decades in federal prison over a shooting outside a Texas immigration detention center that wounded a police officer and prosecutors called an act of terrorism.

Fortunately, he gives us the answer: #Regulations are rules, like #laws are. #Congress makes #law, and some of those laws delegate rulemaking to #executive agencies. Well they can't do that now, but #Roberts says they could make *legislative* agencies to "assist with its functions" like making rules and regulations, but now with no oversight from the #President.
Existing executive #agencies would be reduced to simple #administration activities such as enforcing the regulations promulgated by the #legislature's #IndependentAgencies.
Bam. Problem solved.
Now get #immigration courts out of the executive branch, too.
