I am old enough to remember how easy it used to be to send a fax using a fax machine. Later on, it wasn't too much of a stretch to do so via a computer with a fax modem.

While email has largely replaced this, I on very rare occasion am required to send an old-school fax. What do you all do when you (or those who ask you tech-support questions over the holidays) need to send a fax to a traditional fax machine without having your own landline?

I was looking up the text of the “Junk Fee Prevention Act” and accidently pulled up the “Junk Fax Prevention Act of 2005” which somehow seems too early and too late for a law like that.
