Nearly two-thirds of LGBTQ+ people raised Christian have left their churches, per Williams Institute data. Of Americans under 30 who left any religion, 60% cited anti-LGBTQ teaching — up from 29% in 2016. The Baptists aren't softening. The Catholics aren't. The Mormon Church just elevated Dallin Oaks, 93, architect of the 2015 gay exclusion policy. Queer Christians are done doing that math.

Started #EMDR #therapy on Monday. It’s completely different than any other therapy I’ve done. I didn’t go too deep into #trauma from my past, but it was still emotionally taxing.

Taking a 6-week leave of absence from work. Only 2 days left until that starts. Need time and space to find myself and get grounded. The last 2 months have been so intense.
