I'm not playing sides, since companies on both sides would gladly switch sides and play each other roles. But it seems to me the case of #EpicvGoogle is not too dissimilar from the #EpicvApple and yet the ruling has been different on both cases, surely mostly due Epic's failings on the Apple case. #Technology #Tech
