What is the rapid #flashing/pulsing seen in the #peripheral regions of the sight during a #migraine? It can be seen with the eye open or closed but I see it with eye (usually right eye) closed in pitch dark best. It is not the #heart pulse. The flashing is #emanating from inside the #brain. The flashing disturbance is a component of #perivascular spaces in the #centrum #semiovale
