Sort of orange-red in colour… I’ve been seeing a load of pink but this colour appears to be less prominent in #Melbs (in the suburbs I’ve been scoping out, anyways!).

This quaint but delightful scene greeted me yesterday evening.
Even in overcast pre-sunset conditions, the colours of this setting was amazing.
What do we have here? A #yellowtrumpetflower, gorgeous powder blue #plumbago, joined at the rear, I believe, by a #hibiscus.

The old #caulfieldcityrifleclub building is located in #elsternwick #Australia.
This Rifle Club was formed in 1915 when they established a range on the Racecourse Public Recreation Reserve (now #CaulfieldRacecourse).
The Club was dissolved in about 2000 and I believe this building now sits empty.
Putting aside the sentiment of the early-day hobby (not a fan of guns), it’s a gorgeous old-age structure.

It didn’t evoke a sense of foreboding or ‘spooky’, rather it conjured a feeling of being stripped bare and being seen for who I am. That is, authenticity. It did for me anyways.
