The only one of my elephant garlic to bloom, still wearing its jaunty little hat.

(Before anyone starts giving tips, I have successfully grown elephant garlic for the last 5 years, but last year me and all my garlic got evicted and the already flowering plants endured being put in pots and carted across town in blazing heat.
