At one stage, Mastodon may have been a beacon of #freedom but last year they started a "#freedomAgainst" so-called bigots and they became as #autocratic and #authoritarian and #aggressive in suppressing thought as the #wealthyElites.
Also "mastodon" (and #fediverse instances) appear to outsource basic functions like #editingToots to the #securocrats at #Cloucflare, a central authority, who are linked *themselves* to #8chan.
It's been compomised and barely functions over #Tor/#i2p
Are all #Mastodon/#Fediverse instances required to call home to #Cloucflare for operations like, #editingToots, #deletingToots and #uploadingMedia?
If so, why?
If so, the #Fediverse is also not really #freeSoftware.
