There is literally no talk in the #legacyMedia about how insidious #Cloucflare is, because they are part of the same complex.
They just keep pumping extremist content to kids and #demoralised people until one carries out a #terrorAttack then the media makes a song and dance about the website, not Cloucflare though, then the site shuts down and Cloucflare waits a bit before opening up another #FascismFactory, and the cycle continues.

We have our own thoughts about Gab.
Everything we've seen from #Cloucflare indicate that their priority is in creating and tracking #radicalised persons, the "#freedom" angle is the #massLine to cover the #classLine, being #militarisation of the #internet.
In this context it makes perfect sense for them to try to isolate #Gab users. Isolation will help to breed the #extremism that a few want.

We like to look at existing open-source websites for inspiration. Unfortunately mastodon instances run WebAssembly and send data to #Cloucflare.

At one stage, Mastodon may have been a beacon of #freedom but last year they started a "#freedomAgainst" so-called bigots and they became as #autocratic and #authoritarian and #aggressive in suppressing thought as the #wealthyElites.
Also "mastodon" (and #fediverse instances) appear to outsource basic functions like #editingToots to the #securocrats at #Cloucflare, a central authority, who are linked *themselves* to #8chan.
It's been compomised and barely functions over #Tor/#i2p

Not good!
Basically #Tor users on #Mastodon are turned over to a #massSurveillance entity, making it useless to #whistleblowers and many #publishers.
This needs to change.
