Quite a lot has happened since I was last here. Between us, we’ve had burnout (and recovery), surgery (and 6 weeks off work for recovery), a trip to England to catch up with family and friends, and a slow return to work for both of us. Now catching up on getting ready for summer.
Spent too much time looking at the angry silly people on Twitter generated by the algorithms (apols to those of you on here who are on there too, I don’t mean you).

Sunrise from my home office this morning. Happy December, northern hemisphere folks - only three weeks until the days start lengthening again.
The backs of shops - independent traders - in my home town tell their story. Sticks of Brussels sprouts in the brick-floored storage room at the back of the greengrocers opens onto a cut-through called ‘Pack Horse Yard’.
