The massive food exhibition hall at the Royal Easter Show. Personally, I think letting Woolworths sponsor an expo promoting fresh farm produce is a but like letting the big bad wolf sponsor a little pig housing convention, but that's capitalism I suppose.

It's in The Dome, which was the main handball arena at the Sydney 2000 Olympics, and was the largest wooden dome in the world when it opened. These days it mainly gets used as an exhibition and convention space.

There's dozens of stalls by rural food producers selling everything from cheese and smallgoods to chocolates to honey.

And there are big, intricate fresh produce displays from different country schools and regions of the state at the back of the hall.
