#Dymocks online #customer #support is a joke.
They send pointless circular requests like "Can we have information you just supplied" and if you don't respond the next day (Friday) close your ticket.
Not happy? Tough, you can't provide feedback on that ticket because you weren't at work until Monday and its expired.
Want to complain? Tough. All contacts go to the same useless team.
Dymocks in person: lovely and helpful. Would recommend
Dymocks online: 0/10, do not recommend, avoid them.
