I switched to using a double edged safety razor about six months ago and I think I've finally found "my blade."

The German made Personna blades are sharp enough to get through my coarse beard hair, but smooth enough that I can open my adjustable razor right up to get a really efficient shave.

Still working through sample so may find better, but if not then I'm happy to use this make for the rest of my life.
