Arya NI recently found my old power bank which I bought in early 2018ish…. It was functional and I checked it’s state of charge, it was running low so started reconditioning it for use. After a month of infrequent use the battery has swelled up and the case has literally flexed and deformed.
Thankfully I saw it when it was already at a lower state of charge and quickly removed it from my desk and safely discharged it on a low current load.
