It's the same reason why #SexWork needs to be #decriminalized globally [and why #Germany did decriminalize it!] as the only effective means to combat #SexualExploitation is to #defund #OrganizedCrime, which would literally drain society instead, "charging" an extreme "tax rate" in comparison to any regulator whilst also undermining and straining public infrastructure and services.

Whereas with a legal business it's trivial to exercise regulation and thus enshure #WorkerSafety, #Healthcare and #ConsumerProtection!
