Agustín Reyna vom Europäischen Verband der Verbraucherschutzorganisationen BEUC stellt die richtige Frage:
"Simplification for whom?"
Für Menschen bedeutet der Digitale Omnibus 'einfach' weniger Rechte, für europäische kleine Unternehmen sogar erstmal mehr Unsicherheit und Wettbewerbsnachteile gegen Big Tech.
