Auch heute ist der #DigitalOmnibus ein prominentes Thema. Die EU-Kommission stellt ihre Deregulierungsagenda gerne als vermeintliche Vereinfachung dar, "Simplification".
Agustín Reyna vom Europäischen Verband der Verbraucherschutzorganisationen BEUC stellt die richtige Frage:
"Simplification for whom?"

Für Menschen bedeutet der Digitale Omnibus 'einfach' weniger Rechte, für europäische kleine Unternehmen sogar erstmal mehr Unsicherheit und Wettbewerbsnachteile gegen Big Tech.
