Can someone help me with restoring videos from #Instagram drafts on an #iPhone 12,5?

Situation
The person got logged out from their Instagram account. After logging back in only some of their drafts were working. Some were just black and tapping them resulted in an error message that the draft is unavailable and got removed, others still show the preview image but opening them doesn't work. The loading animation (circle above preview image) never ends.

What I did
- Made an encrypted full backup of the iPhone.
- Opened the backup with iTunes-Backup-Explorer (https://github.com/MaxiHuHe04/iTunes-Backup-Explorer; only works with Azul Zulu JDK on M1/M2, see https://github.com/MaxiHuHe04/iTunes-Backup-Explorer/issues/32#issuecomment-1757228458)
- Exported 'AppDomain-com.burbn.instagram' and 'AppDomainGroup-group.com.burbn.instagram'
- Used GrandPerspective (https://grandperspectiv.sourceforge.net/) to identify relevant files without getting lost in the folder structure.
- I found the preview image of the broken draft with the path "AppDomain-com.burbn.instagram/Library/Application Support/46496168/sundial/saved-drafts/01212064-95E9-4A66-AA1C-5A08E94FE3DB/resources/00A736EC-BC61-4E45-9088-AE0F65306E94.png"
- Exporting the whole backup didn't work. (still on it)

I did not find any video files. Not even the ones from the working drafts. Therefore I assume that they are stored somewhere else. Do you know where Instagram stores video files of drafts or where I could find that information? Are there other recovery options for iPhones?
