Dịch vụ thu thập nhiều loại PII (thông tin liên hệ, thanh toán, IP...). Việc xóa/ẩn danh ngay lập tức có thể gây khó khăn khi xử lý tranh chấp. Giải pháp được đề xuất: Giữ lại PII trong thời gian nhất định (vd: 90 ngày - 1 năm) vì lý do pháp lý, sau đó xóa bỏ hoàn toàn.

3) and you are responsible for deleting it properly once you do not need to retain it anymore, especially if it could cause harm.
