Woke up at 6am excited that I’d slept six hours until I checked my app and I didn’t get to sleep until 1am, also lost 30 mins somewhere in the mix. Though 4.5 hours is an improvement on the last few weeks.
Was out last night seeing #DanielHowell talk about his #MentalHealth book and generally bant. Been ages since his show last year and the phandom was in fine voice as ever (who doesn’t want to yell “c***y” in a church 😼
