Hat die deutsche Marine die Ansprüche durch Änderungswünsche im Nachhinein so in die Höhe geschraubt, dass Damen Naval die Flügel streckt? Oder ist es Strategie, um die deutschen Werften doch noch beauftragen zu können?

Oder sollen die Fregatten eierlegende Wollmilchsäue sein, auf denen notfalls ein Jet landen kann?
