One of my favourites from our trip to England this year.

This is the Monsal Bridge near Bakewell. Sun just managed to break free for a few minutes. The old railway goes through a tunnel, and immediately goes over this bridge. It's quite a nice walk. Finding a place to park nearby is the hardest part. 😞

This version of the photo was taken with my Nikon D800E, 20mm lens.

These were taken at Hidcote Manor Garden, England. We ended up spending most of the day here.

This is the chapel inside of Tewkesbury Abby, England. We have been here several times, but the last time being 18 years ago. Have never been here in the late afternoon. The lighting there was just gorgeous.

A photo taken on the way up to Helm Craig. The weather was amazing. Random hills were spotlighted by the sun. Eventually it was my turn. Looking towards Grasmere Lake.

The Beech Alley, Hidcote Garden. Near Blockley, England. Gorgeous garden, with so many garden rooms.

Inside the gorgeous little Winchcombe parish church, England. Seems to be setup for a slide show.

The parish church in Kilmartin, Scotland. Its about 30 miles south of Oban. This town is where some of my ancestors came from. They emigrated to Canada during the highland clearances.

The name Kilmartin means Church of St Martin.
