Hab heute dann auch den vorgeschlagenen FTP-Wert von 202 Watt angenommen, so kann ich mich vor einem FTP-Test drücken. Entspricht ca. 3 W/kg, auf dieser Basis werde ich demnächst mal ein paar vorgefertigte Workouts starten, also falls der Winter noch kommen sollte 
🚴 Bisschen in den Keller Radfahren. Aus Spaß mal auf "Events" 🏁 geklickt! 😱 Startet in 3 Minuten! 🤔 Ohne FTP-Test darf ich keine 🐎 Rennen, -- Klick 🖱️ oh, wohl doch! Also via "Kaltstart" in Turnschuhen und Jogginghose los 🚀 Wer braucht schon eine BIB, festes Schuhwerk und überhaupt! Getränke gibts nach dem Zieleinlauf 😅 Schade, war am Ende alleine auf der Zielgerade, da wurde der Ehrgeiz nicht wirklich geweckt, vielleicht auch gut so! Immerhin Platz 25 von 61 🏁 😉 Danach noch "Pudelnass" eine Stunde "Cool Down". die Dusche soll sich ja lohnen!

Vous avez déjà entendu parler des Lyon 2025 EuroGames ?
C'est un évènement inclusif qui a lieu du 23 au 26 juillet. La course de vélo a lieu le samedi 26 juillet, mais il y a des tas de concerts, spectacles, soirées et animations sur les 3 jours de l'évènement. C'est pour ça que le prix est un peu plus élevé que le prix d'une course classique.
Durant l'évènement, il y aura également un concours de déguisement (pour celleux qui ne visent pas la perf ), on est en train de mettre en place une initiation piste sur le vélodrome avec Marie Patouillet en coach (championne paralympique de piste, si c'est pas la classe !!) des vélos spéciaux à essayer, et plein d'autres surprises !!
