The company that operates the e-scooter and e-bike rentals in Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge will expand its offering to more accessible options this year. Neuron Mobility says it will add tricycles and handbikes to their fleet later this year.
#BikeNite A2: I've read that the more upright your position, the wider your saddle should be.
I like to be upright enough so I don't have a lot of weight on my arms. My handlebar stem pivot is fully up, and I have the stock saddle on my hybrid city/touring bike. Mostly I haven't had bikebutt, except maybe for the first few rides of the season.
Recently the bolt on top of the seatpost came a bit loose (many folks on the #CycleWR group ride offered to fix it, thanx all!).

#BikeNite A1: I'm posting from Waterloo Region, Ontario, Canada a day late, because I was in Kitchener on Friday night biking in the first Cycle WR organized ride! I think well over 30 people rode. The route explored some of the new biking infrastructure, but it got dark too soon and we couldn't really see it. So I hope Cycle WR does it again soon, but maybe as an afternoon ride.
Good music at the pub afterwards, too.
I'm off to the Cycle WR group ride! Bus-biking the first leg, 'cos the ride from home to the start point is longer than the ride itself.
And the last bus home leaves even before the ride starts, so I'm looking forward to a nice long night ride back home.
(I don't think ride details are on their website, tho.)
The WPL has answered another book suggestion I sent in! This time it's "Dark PR: How Corporate Disinformation Harms our Health and the Environment" by Garth Ennis. They said they've ordered it and will put it on hold for me when it comes in. I'm excited to read it!
