Why this book, "The African Queen?" It's a classic novel by C.S. Forester, a great John Huston film with Humphrey Bogart & Katherine Hepburn, & I liked the cover. Set in 1914, written in 1935 (this Modern Library edition is from 1940), & a film in 1951, this is a tale that's stuff the test of time. But, the movie is different from the book... Take a look!
