I went for my covid shot yesterday. Am feeling a bit bleh today. Will start the day cozy and have a pot of tea and do a bunch of crocheting.

The pharmacist who gave me the shot at Rexall Bells Corners is super nice and understanding of people with needle phobias.

💜 The big news is that when I came home yesterday, Sherbert surprised me with a SECOND egg! I had a feeling it would happen ... poor thing must be exhausted! 🦜 🥚 🥱

💜 After waiting 2 months, Medicare got their shit together and approved the covid booster. No adverse reaction from it. Glad to have that done. 💉 🩹

💜 Echocardiogram procedure went fine. I should get results early next week.

I got my Covid vaccination! I asked the intern why Meijer was requiring a prescription, she says it's just temporary, they are relying on doctors to prescribe until the State health department finishes developing its own guidelines, after recent changes at the federal level.

I asked about getting a Covid shot at Meijer today. The clerk said I needed a prescription.

Just an inconvenience for me, I'll be back. Maybe more of a problem for many others.

Got my flu shot. There were maybe 10 people in line this morning on the first day of availabilty at Kaiser.

Last year, both Covid and flu-shots were available at the same time, and the line on the first day wrapped about the building. I believe we waited over an hour in line.

On Kaiser's website they said the Covid shot may be available mid-month, which is next week. At Kaiser they were saying it could be by the end of the month.

Everyone in line said they also wanted to receive a Covid shot.

By the way, didn't feel a thing for the flu shot. Glad I got it done.

I got my Covid shot on Sunday, or more accurately it got me. Yesterday was the first day I’d ever experienced side effects from any Covid shot. Let me tell you it sucked! I knew it was side effects and I wasn’t sick, but holy moly. I only went to work because Monday is the busiest day of the week. The first few hours was horrible, then a switch flipped at 11:45 and I started feeling good again. #covidshot #covidbooster #covid
