Poisoned native birds falling from the sky

"A Melbourne wildlife carer estimates 400 native corellas and pigeons may have died from suspected poisoning in Melbourne's south-east over the weekend. Native bird species killed include the crested pigeons, ravens, sulphur-crested cockatoos and silver gulls ...[The birds] were literally falling from the sky, they were falling down in front of cars and getting hit."
