Tried to do something with my clipper account earlier today -but the website has "invisible reCAPTCHA and so I can't actually do anything because it thinks I'm a robot - not even submit customer feedback in the contact us menu. And if you call customer support - the only solution - the message is to use the website or wait until business hours. Meanwhile, the email I received this morning demanded action by 6 pm today. #ClipperCard #SFMTA #CustomerServiceFail
