AGI - Un furto di ingente valore ha colpito nei giorni scorsi la Fondazione Magnani Rocca di Mamiano di Traversetolo. Secondo quanto riferito dalla TgR Rai Emilia-Romagna, ignoti si sono introdotti nell’edificio asportando opere d'arte dal valore stimato di diversi milioni di euro.
Inizialmente le segnalazioni riguardavano esclusivamente il quadro "Les Poissons", un olio su tela del pittore impressionista Pierre-Auguste Renoir risalente al 1917 circa. Tuttavia, i successivi rilievi effettuati all'interno della villa-museo hanno rivelato un bilancio ben più grave: a distanza di poche ore dall'accertamento del primo ammanco, è stata confermata la sparizione di altri due capolavori.
Le opere d'arte sottratte
Secondo le prime ricostruzioni riportate dal quotidiano Il Resto del Carlino, i ladri avrebbero colpito la cosiddetta "sala dei francesi", situata al piano superiore della Fondazione. Oltre alla tela di Renoir, mancano all'appello "Natura morta con ciliegie" di Paul Cézanne (1890) "Odalisca sulla terrazza" di Henri Matisse (1922).
Le indagini in corso
Le autorità sono state allertate immediatamente dopo la scoperta del furto. Al momento, il perimetro delle indagini è affidato ai carabinieri, che stanno procedendo con i rilievi scientifici e l'analisi dei sistemi di sorveglianza per risalire all'identità dei responsabili e stabilire l'esatta tempistica dell'intrusione.
Nessuna dichiarazione sulla sicurezza
Non sono state rilasciate dichiarazioni ufficiali in merito a eventuali falle nel sistema di sicurezza della struttura, nota a livello internazionale per la prestigiosa collezione permanente raccolta da Luigi Magnani.

However, subsequent investigations within the villa-museum revealed a much more serious balance sheet: just a few hours after the discovery of the first missing item, the disappearance of another two masterpieces was confirmed.
The Stolen Artworks
According to the first reconstructions reported by the newspaper Il Resto del Carlino, the thieves targeted the so-called “French room,” located on the upper floor of the Foundation. In addition to Renoir’s canvas, “Still Life with Cherries” by Paul Cézanne (1890) and “Odaliska on the Terrace” by Henri Matisse (1922) are missing.
Ongoing Investigations
Authorities were immediately alerted after the theft was discovered. At present, the perimeter of the investigation is entrusted to the Carabinieri, who are proceeding with forensic examinations and the analysis of surveillance systems to identify the perpetrators and establish the exact timing of the intrusion.

L'omaggio ai militanti deceduti
Dalle prime ore del mattino, alcune decine di aderenti a movimenti anarchici, provenienti anche da altre province del Paese, hanno raggiunto il Parco degli Acquedotti per un omaggio ai due militanti deceduti il 19 marzo mentre confezionavano un ordigno rudimentale. I gruppi sono stati bloccati su vari ingressi dal contingente del Reparto a cavallo della Polizia di Stato e dai reparti inquadrati delle Forze dell'Ordine.
Fermo preventivo e identificazione
Per 91 persone ritenute pericolose e sospette, valutati i presupposti condivisi dal Pm di turno, è scattato il fermo preventivo come previsto dal nuovo decreto sicurezza. Alcuni avevano il volto coperto e molti hanno rifiutato l'identificazione. I fermati sono stati accompagnati negli uffici della Questura per il fotosegnalamento e l'adozione, ove opportuno, dei fogli di via obbligatori. Le operazioni si sono svolte senza turbative per l'ordine pubblico.

Homage to Deceased Militants
Since the early morning, dozens of members of anarchist movements, coming from other provinces of the country, reached the Park of the Aqueducts to pay homage to the two deceased militants who died on March 19 while preparing a rudimentary device. The groups were blocked at various entrances by the contingent of the Mounted Police of the Italian State Police and units from the Forces of Order.
Preventive Detention and Identification
For 91 people considered dangerous and suspected, evaluated by the on-duty prosecutor, a preventive detention was ordered as provided for by the new security decree. Some had their faces covered and many refused to be identified. The detainees were escorted to the Police Headquarters for photographing and the adoption, where appropriate, of compulsory exit warrants. The operations took place without disturbing public order.
