I've always wanted to make a camera motion platform, and now I have a lot of rails, belts, bearings, and stepper motors...
The MK3 controller board is only an ATmega, but it has the nice Trinamic stepper drivers.

This photo was taken 2/2022 and has probably been one of my most successful photos while trying new techniques. It was an early morning trip and I pulled off the road for a quick stop and walked along the tree line and saw the morning sun peeking through with a light snow covering and a misty low-lying fog. All of it together made for an interesting shot. This shot has one 7 awards in various different challenges.
