It's not bad, but when your Brides of Dracula movie has neither Dracula nor his brides then you're fighting an uphill battle. My ★★★ review of The Brides of Dracula (1960) on Letterboxd:

A ★★★ review of The Brides of Dracula (1960)
I love the vibe of Brides of Dracula. What the film lacks in Christopher Lee’s swagger and vampire BDE from The Horror of Dracula, it makes up for in sensuality and dreamlike gothic mood. Peter Cushing is back as Van Helsing, the charming and caring pseudo-action hero at the center of the franchise, and he’s always a delight. Add in Yvonne Montaur as our schoolteacher-in-peril Marianne, and Andrée Melly as a vampire bride-to-be and you have a trio of strong performances, plus a smattering of good supporting bits. It’s all almost enough to make up for the way the script
