Oooo epiphany!
I am fond of the phrase:

Basically if you calm the f down lots of things aren't actually problems or will sort themselves out.
But, it suddenly occurred to me today, sometimes the ACTUAL SOLUTION is to DO NOTHING.
It's not just a stance of non-interference. Sometimes the solution is to just stop.
