And being bullied in school because you had red hair doesn’t mean you understand what it is like to be. It’s in no way comparable to facing the death penalty because of your sexual orientation, or being worked to death in a country where you have zero workers rights or workplace health & safety. Paying thousands in agency / permit fees to get a job building World Cup stadiums in Qatar in hopes of making a better life for you and your family, only to die as a result of disgraceful working & living conditions, leaving your family with the debt and zero compensation. Hard to understand how you feel like a migrant worker when you earn over €3million a year, not including all expenses paid, while sitting comfortably with no work related risks to your health. While also bragging “Our finances are great... You need to be proud of that. Not only in the year of Covid FIFA did not suffer any loss, not only has FIFA already reached the target of revenues of $6.4billion…” Fuck David Beckham. Fuck Robbie Williams. And anyone else who pretended to be an LGBTQ+ ally only to forget all about it once they were offered enough money.
